Avi Shoshani

Avi Shoshani is one of the founders of the Verbier Festival & Academy and is the Artistic Director of the Festival. He is based in Israel where he is being associated with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra since 1993 and in 1980 he was appointed Executive Director of the Orchestra, a position which he continues to hold. Since 1999, Avi Shoshani is the Head of the touring division for the entire world for the UBS Verbier Festival Youth Orchestra.
